J2 Taxidermy is now offering a warranty on all European Mounts and shoulder mounts

J2 Taxidermy takes pride in all of our work that we complete, and we never want accidents to happen, but as with everything... accidents happen. Whether a mount falls off the wall, or the kids are playing a little to rough in the house and your mount gets knocked off its bracket, rest assured you mount is in good hands. That's why J2 Taxidermy is now offering a warranty for all skulls (excluding, deadheads, head shots, paddlefish, and wholesale) shoulder mounts, life size mounts, and rugs.
All skulls done by J2 Taxidermy (excluding wholesale) will have a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty covers any grease leaching within one year from time of pick up. All you need to do is bring back your skull with the original invoice and we will take care of it for you.
If you purchase one of our skull brackets or skull mounts made by Montana Metal Art, you will receive a lifetime limited warranty. This will include the skull only. Antlers and horns are not covered under this warranty. The warranty includes grease free for life, any damage done to skull from falling off the wall and breaking. If we can not fix the skull, you will have 2 options - (1) we offer a crown mount at no cost. (2) we offer a shoulder mount at a discounted price. The discount will be the original cost of the European mount. You will need to source a cape for said trophy, if you cannot source one on your own, we can source one at an additional cost. All skulls must be properly fastened to the wall, i.e. the bracket needs to be placed into a stud. You will need to register your skull via a warranty card and picture of your skull mounted to the wall on a bracket purchased from J2 Taxidermy with the bracket clearly visible. All skulls will be stamped by J2 Taxidermy stating that that skull is under warranty.

Shoulder Mount, life size and rug warranty.
All shoulder mounts, Lifesize mounts, and rugs will have a 2 year limited warranty. This warranty will include any hair slippage, or shrinkage of hide. It does not include any damage from falling off wall or etc.. Any mounts that come in with questionable capes or hides do to lack of field care will also not be covered under warranty. All capes will be inspected at time of drop off or time of prepping the cape for the tannery and noted in our tracking system. If you drop a cape off and it is questionable, we will notify you within a reasonable amount of time regarding your cape or hide.

This warranty is not legally binding in anyway to J2 Taxidermy or affiliates, and does not include any damage do to fire, flood, acts of god or theft. Bird mounts, fish mounts, and flat hide/ fur tanning is not included in this warranty. All mounts are required to be registered with J2 Taxidermy via warranty card that will be provided by J2 Taxidermy at time of pickup and sent to J2 Taxidermy via email, jesse@j2taxidermyandlogistics.com. All emailed warranty cards must be accompanied by pictures of your trophy mounted on the wall with said brackets clearly visible, and a copy of the original invoice. If you need a new copy of your invoice, we can provide you with a copy. If any mounts (skulls, shoulder mounts, life size or rugs) are damaged beyond repair, we will work with you to come up with the best possible solution, which may come at an additional cost to you, and J2 Taxidermy and affiliates may not be financially responsible of any damage outside the scope of said warranty. It is your responsibility to get your trophies back to J2 Taxidermy whether its direct drop off or it needs to be shipped. J2 Taxidermy will assist you in getting your trophy shipped back to you once any warranty work is completed. All trophies must be picked up directly and will not be shipped if you are within a 200 mile radius of J2 Taxidermy's main office in Belgrade Montana.
